I'm wondering why can't i feel my left testicle?

In brief: Absent testicle

Several possibilities: it may have been removed as a child; it maybe undescended(did not migrate into the scrotum), it may have atrophied from infection or mumps: you may have had a torsion causing atrophy of the testicle; rarely you are born with only one.
An u/s may help determine what happened.

See a urologist if you are an adult and do not have two testicles in your scrotum. An undescended testicle is something that requires treatment, in an adult.
