It also depends on many factors like the quality of sun rays,ex early morning or late after noon sun vs noon sun, geographic location where the exposure occurs, sunny countries that are closer to the equator vs countries that are closer to the pole and get little sun. Genetic susceptibility is importantant. number of melanocytes and quality of melanine play a role too
