Please let me know if there is anything (besides chemo/surgery) that can help a patient with stage 3 melanoma?

Stage 3 melanoma can be low risk(microscopic lymph nodes involved) or it can be high risk if there are multiple grossly positive nodes, removed with surgery.
Adjuvan therapy is indicated especially if more than one node was affected with metastatic melanoma. High dose interferon is one proven beneficial therapy advised for stage 3 meklanoma. There are new drugs which are in clinical trials, seek th.
