In brief: Depends

If just fat and skin, days to weeks.
If muscle tendon joint or bone was involved could take weeks to months and may require surgery

In brief: Depends

Gunshot wounds, like stab wounds, are penetrating.
The amount of damage, and the subsequent healing depends on depth, location, and infection. Below the collar bone is your lung. If bullet drops your lung, pneumothorax, the wound will not be the main concern. Best to get this evaluated, with cxr and trip to er. Be well.
