There are 2 main ussues concerning frozen shoulder.
One is pain, the other loss of motion and function. Pain is best managed with nsaids, and occasionally intraarticulr cortisone injections. Loss of motion is best addressed with gentle but frequent stretching. Physical therapy can be very helpful as well. Need an xrays to make sure you do not have arthritis. Good luck!
