Are you low a lot? Or are you just feeling blue right now? One of the best antidotes I know for feeling this way -is exercise (enough to get your heart pumping). When done in a green area like a beach, the woods or a field- it has been shown to have an even more powerful effect on mood. Additionally - don't isolate. Spend time with people who you can be open with as well as having fun with. Do things you enjoy.
