I need to go to sleep but can't take a pill. I have to be sharp in the morning. What can I do?

Sleep Hygiene. Always go to sleep at the same time. Do not eat or exercise within two hours of sleeping. Use your bed only for sex or sleeping. Exercise during the day. Eat healthy and avoid caffeinated beverages later in the day. Set a sleep routine, that your body can habituate; the more you do it, the quicker your mind will prepare to rest. Stay hydrated, but use the toilet before going to bed.
