Glomerulonephritis patient with 39.5degree fever, what to do?

HARD TO ANSWER. Because there are different kinds of glomerulonephritis and many many different causes for fever, it is very difficult to give you an advice besides seeing your doc. He/she will need to do a thorough exam and lab as needed to make a decision. It is not advisable to manage this with observation. For instance, a simple strep throat left untreated may even cause another glomerulonephritis.
