Please help! What is the cure for claudication?

There are several. The cure for claudication is to get more blood to the legs. This can be accomplished in several ways -- surgically, endovascularly, or "conservatively" (a supervised exercise regimen). For simple claudication, the data would tell you that all of the treatments have the same quality of life at 6 months -- the decision of how to proceed is one you need to make with your vascular surgeon.
