I was burned on the face, and now my burns are blistering, but not painful. Did i get 1st or 2nd degree burns?

1 doctor agrees

In brief: Second degree

By definition burns that blister are second degree, if no pain probably superficial second degree burn.

Hope your eyes weren't involved, as this can affect your corneal stem cells, and be serious. If it splashed in your eyes, you MUST see an eye doctor STAT!
