I recently had an alloderm gum graft, now what?

Let it heal. If it was just done now you have to let it heal. Typically I keep the tiny sutures in place for about a month. I would recommend trying not to disturb the graft area as much as possible and rinse with salt water several times a day. I would check with your dentist when he/she wants you back to check on the graft.
Now what? I would ask the dentist who performed the surgery, "now what?".

Yes.. but... First of all i hope your alloderm (dermal allograft on ur gums) is not placed on the surface of ur gum.. Like an onlay graft. And i hope it is completely covered by a layer of ur own gum tissue.. If that is the case, then it iis normal..Use of alloderm as an onlay graft (like free gingival graft) is not recommended, due to high risk of detachment from perioteal bed at recepiant site.
