Change it up
If you're workouts are becoming drab or dull or u feel like u have hit a 'plateau' then change up your workout
Whether it's aerobic or a weight workout or both consider working w/ a good trainer( or workout partner)and do something different. Try an elliptical machine for 1/2 of your aerobic workout, for instance. Or add lunges to your leg workout. A good trainer can help advance fitness goals!
