Surgery - Hand Surgery

In brief: Possibly surgery

Conservative treatment for carpal tunnel including splints, anti inflammatory meds and steroids work in the early stages but do not provide great long term relief as the condition worsens.
Surgery can provide great relief and if done endoscopically can allow a rather quick return to function with minimal pain compared to traditional techniques. I would recommend an evaluation by a hand surgeon.
