Loss of fat is not directly related to alcohol intake per day, but rather a result of a balance of caloric intake (including protein, carbs, and fat) and from which specific foods plus the daily activity-exercise levels. These factors, along with your metabolic rate and genetics have much more to do with fat reduction than the daily glass of wine or alcohol intake within reason. Diet, exercise!
