In brief: Strange but true

Cervical radiculopathy occasionally can be present without the presence of significant neck pain.
That is a little odd when we see it and for that reason deserves to be looked at in detail to make sure something else may not be causing neurological symptoms such as a mass lesion, nutritional deficiency, etc. Emg studies often help answer this question as well. A good neurologist can help with this.

In brief: Yes, but not likely

Cervical radiculopathy, caused by a nerve in your neck pinched by a disc in your neck, can cause your symptoms.
An EMG test may show the correct nerve being pinched by the disc seen on mri. Otherwise, and most likely, pain and radiating symptoms may be generated by tender knots in the muscles of your neck, upper back, shoulder, and arm. Myofascial pain. www.blatmanhealthandwellness.com.
