1 doctor agrees

In brief: Possible

But i would expect there to be more MRI abnormalities other than what you have mentioned? A lumbar puncture in order to run labs on your spinal fluid may be enlightening.

In brief: TN not tumor rel

Trigeminal neuralgia, or even any kind of pain syndrome, should not be related to a frontal tumor. If you truly have trigeminal neuralgia (see http://braintumorclinic.
Org/trigeminal-neuralgia/ for more info), you should get it treated, whatever the frontal lesion turns out to be. Speedy recovery, josh.
