Health anxiety. The answer depends on the extent of the anxiety and how many times you find yourself visiting the doctor, staying up at night or not being able to enjoy yourself. If concern turns into healthy activity such as good diet, regular exercise and regular sleep and does not interfere with your mood, its ok. If you think you always have cancer or are always dealing with a significant illness, not ok.
