If you absolutely cannot obtain a less risky combo, you need to be watchfully monitored for feeling at all dizzy, lightheaded, faint, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, etc.
Try to find another ssri medication without the threat. That would be my advice. Best wishes.
