I had an MRI and found c4-c5 mild bulge with mild indentation in thecal sac and c5-c7 minimal bulges and osteophytes? Is it abnormal in my age 24?

Probably not. Mri is a great tool that can pick up small anatomical changes in the spine, such as the c4-5 mild bulge and c5-7 osteophytes in your case. As we age, more of the wear and tear (degenerative) changes may accumulate and be more visible. The important thing is whether these mild changes are causing symptoms to warrant treatment. Follow up with your doctor and discuss a schedule for follow-up.
