How do I get rid of an ingrown hair bump that's on my pubic area near my waist line? Does Noxzema cream help?

In brief: Extract

Many times the hair will work its way out, but sometimes, it will need to be extracted with a sterile needle by a physician or nurse.
If an infection is present oral antibiotics may be necessary. Warm compresses and topical antibiotics like Bacitracin or neosporin could help for mild cases. I don't think noxema will help. Laser hair removal is very effective for preventing ingrowns.
