How can I treat a burn with a few small blisters?

In brief: HC cream, occlusion
While small burns heal fairly rapidly by themselves, you can speed up the process a bit by applying 1% Hydrocortisone cream and keeping the area covered with a bandaid or small gauze pad.
Don't pop the blisters unless they become painful.
