Can you give me suggestions on eye surgery after thyroid eye disease?

Whats the surgery? There are several procedures commonly performed for thyroid eye disease- orbital decompression (to enlarge the socket), strablismus surgery (to allign the eyes), and lid surgery (to correct retraction) - usually performed in that order. Each could be a long discussion on it's own. It is often recommended to take a short course of corticosteroids after surgery to prevent reactivating the graves.
