Can anybody overdose on b-carotenes from eating veggies or that isn't possible?

Veggies Are Good. Eating foods rich in beta carotene such as carrots, green leafy vegetables, spinach, pumpkins, and sweet potatoes will not harm you. However the danger of overdose occurs with overuse of beta carotene supplements. The most prominent symptom of overdose is a yellowish skin discoloration of the face, palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Check with your doctor before adding these supplements.
