In brief: Several ways

First of all, what has changed this month? Do you have a history of migraine and you had a triggering event? Try ice or heat to head and neck.
Try massage. Try advil or exedrin migraine. If you have Imitrex Frova (frovatriptan) maxualt zomig or another titan then obviously try those. Avoid foods that aggravate migraine. If you do not have a doctor who treats your headaches then get one. Neurologist or fp.
