I assume that you are referring to a grade 4 tumor - we don't really stage brain tumors like other cancers.
We classify them by grade. Grade 4 typically refers to a glioblastoma, which is a very aggressive primary brain tumor with very poor surival rates. Most patients unfortunately die from their disease within 2 years.
