In brief: Gastric ulcers
should be biopsied, as risk of malignancy is higher. both with gastric and duodenal ulcers should look for H pylori and treat if positive.
esophageal needs PPI and possibly f/u exam, depending on severity. happy to elaborate if you give more details.

In brief: Endoscopy ulcer
You should follow up with your doctor or the gastroenterologist for tratment if they found ulcer, it needs to be treated with antibiotics and acid supressors, and discuss the question about biopsy as well.
So if you have not done already make a follow up appointment with the gastroenterologist or your family doctor.

My suggestion is never feel you are pesty wife or a patient. You should always discuss your concerns with your doctor or the specialist, and they are obligated to answer all in the best interest of the patient. So write down your questions ona piece of paper and make sure you get the answers. In this case the doctors should have told you about the findings and if it needs any treatment,so go for it
