If you really burn use spf >50, if you tan nicely but still may burn sfp 20-50, olive oil skin or darker 10-20 spf .
There are different brand it really depends on your doctor's preference or yours. Ironically a spf > 10 may affect vit d absortion and cause deficiency and risk of osteopenia/osteoporosis. See your doctor for skin exam and recomendations.
