Are you taking about hand injections for excessive sweaty palms?If thats the case, then yes there is some discomfort and everybody is different, but the needles are very small and typically are more bothersome than painful. Numbing cream can definitely help. Another option is to have your surgeon perform a nerve block which will make the whole hand numb.

Little pain. Every injection has a little discomfort associated with it. Injections in the fingers can be more painful d/t the larger amts of pain receptors.
