In brief: Depends
There are a variety of antibiotics the specifics depend on what kind of germs you are likely to be exposed to, if you have an underlying chronic conditions ( like copd, cancer etc.
.) and if you have been in the hospital recently.

Hopefully you are not trying to treat pneumonia without a doctor's input. They are best qualified to evaluate the likely germs causing this and to choose an antibiotic best suited to the organism, the clinical situation and you.

In brief: Cannot tell
What will be most effective can only be determined if we know what is causing your pneumonia.
You may not need any antibiotic if this is viral, and the choice of agents if bacterial or atypical pneumonia will vary with the causative agent, who you are (age, sex, immune status, etc.). Do not treat pneumonia at home without doctor's input.
