In brief: No
There are no herbs proven to help with fibroids.
For that matter, there are no medications that permanently treat fibroids. Medications may provide temporary help with fibroids or help for years. Surgery is the only permanent cure for fibroids. For some women, their fibroids will shrink after menopause.

You can however employ an "antiestrogen" strategy by first lowering body fat through improving nutrition, exercise, and weight loss. Second, eat more fruits & vegetables rich in flavonoids which block important enzyme in estrogen creation. Lastly, while you can't avoid hormones in food supply, limiting dairy, red meat, and chicken can also help. Certain soys containing phytoestrogens (which compete with same receptors as estrogen) can also benefit.
