Unknown. There is no way to predict when you will ovulate if you have pcos and irregular periods. Some natural family planning methods, charting symptoms, or ovulation kits can tell you approximately when you do ovulate. At some point between 6 and 12 months you might want to have a discussion with your health provider, earlier if you go longer than 3 months between periods.
Can't tell. If you have pcos, you may need Clomid (clomiphene) to induce ovulation regularly. You should probably check your thyroid, but the basic problem with pcos is irregular and sometimes infrequent ovulation. Good news, its easy to fix.
