Infant had water pour out her nose while pushing to defecate. Np says lungs sound clear but I am still concerned. She's been extremely tired and moody?

In brief: COLD

She had a seasonal cold.
Usually there is runny nose, low grade fever, poor appetite and tiredness for few days. As long as lungs are clear, no high fever, just suck nasal drainage with bulb syringe. If worsening, get another exam.
