Multivitamin. There are many multivitamins out there but one within your budget and suits your lifestyle: active/sport or a regular one should suffice. B-complex, vit d, calcium, vit e, vit k, and vit c are great and when combined with a regular healthy diet, will help. Its often better to get as many nutrients through foods as your body absorbs them better and provide fiber.
Calcium. Alongside the vit d, which when activated, increases absorption of calcium and phosphate, you should take the actual calcium supplement. An easy way to ensure you get enough vit d3 is to spend 15 minutes in the sun per day. Take care of your skin too by wearing sunscreen as well! a good multivitamin for mature adults would also be helpful.
