ENT. Chronic conditions like yours, should be evaluated by the specialist ENT doctor. Most probably you will have to take antibiotics.
Follow up with your. Dr or ENT and be sure strep throat was ruled out. Discuss with them if tonsillectomy is an option. Take care!
