I have plantar fasciitis. Is there any exercise i can do if i wish to lose some weight? Thanks.

Add walking to yoga and some weight lifting for best results.
Don't try to walk too fast, keep intensity low. Be sure th try to warm up first with warm pack on foot/ feet. Do not walk thru pain though. Alternative would be swimming laps.
