24 female 156 pounds 2 days of cardio, 2 days of strength training a week healthy diet- what should be my goal weight and body fat % goals?

Sounds good already. Depending on your build and height, 156 lbs actually is good considering the current obesity in us. So if you are 5ft6 or 6ft7, you are just a few lbs above ideal, but remember that muscle is heavier than fat. Being plump and active is better than nl wt and a couch potato.
