In brief: Same Rights As US

Persons suffering from schizophrenia can and do travel on commercial airlines.
With proper treatment they can control their symptoms and normalize their behaviors. Most airlines offer special considerations and/or services designed to assist travelers who might have a chronic mental illness such as schizophrenia. Schizophrenics can also travel by rail or bus in addition to driving a car.

In brief: Yes

Schizophrenia is not a contagious disorder, and nothing about the disorder itself would affect one's ability to use an airline.
Those who are in treatment and respond well to medications would be indistinguishable from the rest of us. Those who are acutely ill sometime need to travel, and that may require more structure and suport, but it happens frequently and is not a risk them or others.
