What are the side effects of HPV vaccine?

Minimal. Most women have no side effects. Some have a little discomfort at the site of the injection. Others feel fatigued for a day or so. That is normal. Your body is using energy to build an immune response which is what we want to happen.
Minimal. Slight pain at injection site like with most vaccines, mild nausea and dizziness. Occasional fainting has been reported which could be psychological. Thus don't drive or ride a bike for 15 minutes or so after vaccination. Side effects should not be a reason to avoid vaccination.
