Fiance got cut on hand from dumpster. Not very deep. Cleaned it immediately. Got last tetanus booster 2008. Does he *need* to get a booster?

In brief: Possibly

Depends on his past tetanus booster. A good idea due to probable contamination of the site by nature of cut on metal and dumpster. Would go to your primary md and request examination and their recommendation.
Better to be safe than sorry. Keeping the wound very clean with dilute peroxide (50:50 with water) and cover with antibiotic ointment should be done. See your local md.
