Are there any urine tests for prostate cancer?

None that. Work, or are in the main stream (no pun intended). The psa test is also not specific for cancer.
Prostate. There is a urine test called pca3 that can be helpful in diagnosing prostate cancer but the only definitive way is prostate biopsy.
