In brief: Pain

Pain with axial and or torsional loading of the wrist located at the ulnar side of the wrist.
You may get popping and or mild locking as well. Diagnosis is by MRI and or arthrogram. Treatment is arthroscopic with debridement for a central tear and repair for a peripheral tear. You should be evaluated by a hand surgeon.
