In brief: Unlikely.

Intercourse is safe throughout pregnancy for the vast majority of women.
It can cause cervical ripening and some uterine contractions, so avoid it if you are at risk for preterm birth, or have a placenta previa. In most other cases, there is no reason to avoid sexual intercourse during pregnancy, if you feel up to it.

In brief: Yes

That can bring labor .
Sperm contains substances known to induce uterine contractions, plus the mechanical stimulation may do the same thing.
