No. To the contrary, you are probably less likely to get it since there isn't as much crowding as in urban areas.
Not really. Susceptibility requires exposure to active cases and a person sensitivity to the organism. You are no more susceptible in a rural area than in an urban area. However, you are more likely to be exposed to an active case in an urban setting.
