My brain is the most important organ to me. People tend to forget about it but what are some ways to improve my mental health for the better?

Balanced living. To improve general mental health, i recommend balanced living that includes a nutritious diet (to extent possible, try to avoid processed foods), 80 to 100 ounces of water each day, regular exercise, spending time with compatible friends, pursuing your dreams, regular meditation, keeping a diary, avoiding drug and alcohol abuse, and reading the four agreements and other inspiring books.
