In brief: Why Wouldn't You?

Do you lucky today ( or any other day)? Tetanus is a deadly disease and the bacteria exists almost everywhere.
The shot may hurt a bit. Death vs. Soreness. Why is there even a question here!

In brief: Because it kills

The danger of getting tetanus is everywhere.
The reason you don't see people dying from it is because of vaccination, and good follow up for boosters. Get your child immunized and see if you're due for your booster.
