RU in the UK? Isoket spray is not available in the usa . It's a form of Nitroglycerin and it's used under the tongue for rapid relief of angina spells. In the usa, we use Nitroglycerin as a tablet or a spray and we use Isosorbide Dinitrate tablets for longer lasting relief/prophylaxis of angina.
