Which are three ways that you can demonstrate healthy self-esteem and good mental/emotional health?

Take care of yoursel. So many possible answers!(1) the best way to show you care about yourself? Take care of yourself physically (eat right, exercise, sleep) (2) take inventory of those you willingly let into your life. Are they helping or harming you along your life journey? (3) as you plan goals for yourself, take stock of what you've already accomplished and pat yourself on the back. We rarely make time to do this.
