If cardiac evaluation is normal, other causes of chest pain have to be ruled out., chest xray and / or ct of chest will demonstrate possible recurrence of valley fever or other causes of chest pain. Shortness of breath suggests possible lung problem. Gastrointestinal tract, esophagus, stomach, gall bladder, can contribute to chest pain.
