Not really. Interpretation of dreams has been the subject of theologians and philosophers for centuries. But, having strange dreams in and of themselves doesn't necessarily mean you have a sleep disorder. Having said that, some medications, like chantix, are known to cause very vivid and sometime disturbing dreams. Also, after alcohol, you can have vivid, strange dreams, too.
