Hello I am a runner I have a low arch and I overpronate. If I run in barefoot style shoes will it help strengthen my feet and fix my issues?

There is a debate on. This subject. I side with those that recommend arch supports.
Give it a try. There is a little evidence that running barefoot can help with overpronation and can improve flat feet. The most important thing is reading about how to run in the barefoot style shoes, i.e. Making sure you try to plant your forefoot before your heel as that's how you strengthen your foot muscles.
